Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.

Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Copilot Studio and Power Platform solutions.

Build and configure AI Agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

Integrate enterprise data sources including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Dataverse.

Develop conversational experiences, workflows, and custom connectors.

Perform testing, validation, deployment, and production readiness activities.

Ensure compliance with governance, security, and organizational standards.

Monitor AI Agent performance, adoption, token usage, and optimize solutions.

Provide technical leadership, best practices, and guidance for Copilot and AI initiatives.

Conduct code reviews, troubleshooting, documentation, and end-user training.

Drive Power Platform governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
