6-Month Contract

We are seeking an experienced PPM Change Manager to lead the change and adoption strategy for enterprise Project Portfolio Management (PPM) platform implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive change management strategy and user adoption for PPM platform deployments.
• Conduct stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and communication planning.
• Support integration of PPM solutions with enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with PMOs, IT teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
• Deliver training, adoption frameworks, workshops, and readiness activities.
• Monitor adoption metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Required Experience

• Proven Change Management experience within PPM or enterprise transformation programmes.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of:
• Planisware
• Primavera
• Planview
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with implementation partners and vendors.

Desirable

• Knowledge of VERTO.
• Prosci, ADKAR, or similar Change Management certification.
• Experience within large-scale transformation programmes and portfolio governance environments.
