We are seeking an experienced PPM Change Manager to lead the change and adoption strategy for enterprise Project Portfolio Management (PPM) platform implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive change management strategy and user adoption for PPM platform deployments.
- Conduct stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and communication planning.
- Support integration of PPM solutions with enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with PMOs, IT teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
- Deliver training, adoption frameworks, workshops, and readiness activities.
- Monitor adoption metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Required Experience
- Proven Change Management experience within PPM or enterprise transformation programmes.
- Hands-on experience with at least one of:
- Planisware
- Primavera
- Planview
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with implementation partners and vendors.
Desirable
- Knowledge of VERTO.
- Prosci, ADKAR, or similar Change Management certification.
- Experience within large-scale transformation programmes and portfolio governance environments.
