At Medik8, we are moving at a phenomenal pace, and we are looking for an ambitious, highly connected, and forward-thinking PR, Influencer & Advocacy Manager to join our UK team for a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This pivotal role is about elevating our voice, visibility, and influence across the UK market. You will drive our earned media impact, talent strategy, community engagement, and brand storytelling - all with the ultimate goal of strengthening brand visibility, desirability, and long-term cultural relevance
.Working closely with the UK Head of Marketing & PR, you will balance creative flair with strategic rigour. From high-impact flagship launch events to sustained, always-on advocacy, you will ensure every single activation deepens the emotional connection to our brand while supporting commercial growth

- ude:Strategic leadership: Lead the UK PR, influencer, and advocacy strategy. You will own the UK earned media calendar, driving proactive, insight-led storytelling across press and social that ladders up perfectly to our global strat
- egy.Relationship & talent management: Act as our UK brand communications guardian. You will nurture long-term partnerships with top-tier editors, journalists, influencers, and VIPs, while establishing a robust UK vetting process for all talent, creators, and ambassad
- ors.Community & events: Oversee the planning and execution of flagship press and influencer events, ensuring they deliver an exceptional experience. You will lead always-on initiatives, from brand lab immersions and seasonal creator events to casual breakfasts, lunches, and dinn
- ers.Agency & stakeholder collaboration: Oversee our relationship with the UK PR and communications agency to ensure seamless execution and measurable results. You will work cross-functionally with our internal retail, digital, and global brand teams, while managing crisis protocols in line with global guideli
- nes.Performance & budget ownership: Establish clear success metrics across earned media and community engagement, delivering monthly reporting packs filled with actionable insights. You will manage the UK PR, events, and influencer budgets - tracking POs, accruals, and monthly spend forecasts with precis
