About The Role
As a Band 5 Primary Care Nurse, you’ll work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care to residents. You’ll be involved in emergency response, screening, vaccination clinics, and nurse-led care delivery across the prison.

About The Role

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care.
- Conducting assessments, triage, and risk evaluations.
- Attending medical emergencies.
- Administering medications and maintaining accurate records.
- Participating in audits, clinical governance, and service improvement.
- Supporting junior staff and contributing to team development
