Private GP

TIC Health is a growing private healthcare provider delivering accessible, high-quality medical and diagnostic services across the UK.

Our London clinics are based at 42 Harley Street and The Hive in Edgware, offering private GP consultations, health assessments, blood testing, cardiac screening, diagnostic imaging and musculoskeletal ultrasound.

We are looking for an experienced, GMC-registered GP to work part-time across our Harley Street and Edgware clinics.

The role will include:

• Acute and same-day consultations
• Management of ongoing medical conditions
• Preventative healthcare and health assessments
• Reviewing blood tests and diagnostic results
• Referrals for specialist investigations and treatment
• Occupational and insurance medicals
• Health optimisation and lifestyle advice
• Sports and musculoskeletal presentations, where appropriate

You will work closely with our imaging and diagnostic teams, supporting patients through appropriate investigations and referral pathways. There will also be opportunities to help develop clinical pathways, receive training in advanced investigations such as CT Coronary Angiography (CTCA), and build expertise across preventative healthcare, diagnostics and imaging.

Experience or an interest in Sports & Exercise Medicine, musculoskeletal health, sports injuries or performance medicine would be particularly welcomed, although it is not essential.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced GP seeking a flexible private practice role with scope to develop their interests in sports medicine, preventative healthcare and advanced diagnostics.

An important part of the role will be working alongside TIC Health’s diagnostic and imaging services.

The GP will be expected to support patients through appropriate scanning and imaging consultations, helping to assess clinical indications, explain investigations and ensure that patients are appropriately prepared and referred through the relevant diagnostic pathway.

There will also be opportunities to become involved in the development, training and clinical support of imaging pathways, working closely with the wider TIC Health team and imaging specialists.

This may include pathways such as CT Coronary Angiography (CTCA) and other advanced diagnostic investigations. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their knowledge and experience in these pathways and contribute to ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high clinical standard.

We are particularly interested in GPs who enjoy the interface between clinical medicine, diagnostics and preventative healthcare, and who would like to develop a broader role within an organisation with an expanding diagnostic offering.

There is scope to develop a particular clinical interest in Sports & Exercise Medicine, musculoskeletal health, exercise medicine and performance-focused healthcare.

Experience in assessing sports injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, exercise-related symptoms or athletes would be highly desirable.
