What You’ll Do
- Coordinate project plans and design tasks in collaboration with senior producers, ensuring all aspects of design and motion projects are on track.
- Track the design status of multiple concurrent projects, proactively managing timelines and milestones.
- Facilitate design reviews, meticulously distributing notes and following up on action items to keep projects moving forward.
- Support the producer team with critical communications and workflows, ensuring meetings are scheduled efficiently and project timelines are consistently met.
- Manage the delivery of final design assets to cross-functional partners, ensuring smooth transitions post-design process.
- Assist with quality assurance checks and critical asset validation and upload processes, upholding high standards for all deliverables.
- Work closely with design leads to maintain organized and up-to-date project files, fostering an environment of clarity and accessibility.
- Report regular status updates to leading producers, escalating any project issues promptly in weekly syncs to maintain project health.
- At least 2 years of experience acting as an Associate Producer, Digital Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or similar role within an advertising/design agency or creative/production studio.
- Excellent task management skills, with a proven ability to track creative milestones and goals in a timely, organized manner.
- Proficiency in using widely recognized devices including iPhone, iPad, and Macbook.
- Demonstrated ability to be well-organized, with strong attention to detail.
- Skilled at balancing multiple projects simultaneously and consistently delivering on time.
- Passionate about the creative process and dedicated to developing production skills.
- Passionate about tackling challenges head-on and seeking creative solutions.
