Product Growth Manager

Bromley, England, United Kingdom Full-time Posted 3 days ago

I am working exclusively with a market-leading SaaS business in the quality assurance and compliance space to find a commercially sharp Product Growth Manager to own the adoption and growth of their flagship platform.

This is not a traditional product marketing hire. The business is in the middle of a genuine growth transformation, new commercial leadership is in place, a clear product-led growth agenda has been set, and the platform has serious traction. What they need now is someone who can look at how customers are actually using the product, identify where value is being realised and where it is being left on the table, and build a strategy that turns that insight into commercial outcomes.

If you naturally think in adoption curves, retention signals and feature engagement before you think in campaigns, this role was written for you.

The Mission

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director and embedded across Product, Technology and Marketing, you will own how the platform grows — commercially and operationally. You will be the connective tissue between what the product does and the value customers and prospects understand it to deliver.

The role is primarily focused on the core SaaS platform, with scope to expand into adjacent product lines including learning, assessments and training as the function matures.

Core Responsibilities

  • Product Adoption & Usage Analysis: Use Mixpanel and product analytics to interrogate feature adoption, user journeys and engagement trends — identifying where value is being realised and where it is not, and building strategies to close the gap.
  • Positioning & Messaging: Translate product capability into clear, commercially relevant narratives — moving from feature logic to value outcomes that resonate with buyers and users alike.
  • Go-To-Market Strategy: Own how product updates, new features and capability improvements reach market — ensuring Sales, BDR and Client Partnerships are equipped to communicate value consistently.
  • Retention & Expansion Signals: Work with Client Partnerships to identify and act on signals that indicate risk or growth opportunity within the existing customer base, feeding insight back into product and commercial decisions.
  • Sales & Client Enablement: Build the one-pagers, talk tracks and use cases that allow commercial teams to articulate product value simply and confidently in client conversations.
  • Cross-Functional Product Input: Act as the commercial voice in product conversations — bringing the outside in, ensuring the roadmap reflects what customers need and what the market will value.
  • Event Marketing: Support and execute quarterly events as commercial conversion drivers, maximising their impact across new business and existing customers.

The Ideal Profile

  • Product-Led Mindset: You lead with data and adoption thinking. You reach for Mixpanel before a campaign brief, and you measure success in retention and value realisation, not just pipeline.
  • SaaS Background: You have B2B SaaS experience and understand how product growth works in a subscription environment — adoption, time-to-value, expansion and churn are your natural language.
  • Scale-Up Experience: You are at home in a growth-stage business — adaptable, hands-on, and comfortable building from scratch without a playbook to follow.
  • Commercial Sharpness: You connect product decisions to revenue outcomes. You think in operational value realisation, not just messaging.
  • Technical Confidence: You can hold your own with Product and Technology teams, translate technical capability into commercial language, and work comfortably with product analytics tools.
  • PMM Toolkit: You bring the positioning, GTM, enablement and launch skills of a product marketer — but they sit in service of product growth, not the other way around.

Salary & Benefits
