Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert on offerings to partners and cross-functional teams, providing input into the development process, driving market analysis, managing co-funding, programs, and events, and predicting industry trends.
  • Lead meetings to develop integrated marketing plans with strategic partners and regional teams, reviewing portfolios, prioritizing goals, and defining positioning to engage target audiences.
  • Drive the framework development and rollout of strategies for marketing content across various channels.
  • Define, identify, collect, and track appropriate business metrics, both quantitative and qualitative, for new or existing ventures.
  • Validate market size and opportunity (e.g., MQLs, pipeline, partner integration), leveraging expertise to identify landscape opportunities. Collaborate with relevant teams to build supporting rationales, hypotheses, and visions.
  • Understand the market and target audience, develop compelling positioning, and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans and messages for new offerings.
  • Develop user insights to help cross-functional teams and partners incorporate user voice into development and marketing strategies. Provide feedback for user experience improvements and advocate for user engagement.
  • Drive brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging strategy using user insights, adapting communications for different audiences and goals.
  • Independently create marketing content, ensuring alignment with strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional and production teams to publish final marketing content.
  • Independently determine research needs, scope, manage, and guide user research by leveraging internal and external partners.
  • Drive and manage medium to large-scale campaigns, assets, communications, and programs to address user needs and objectives.
  • Drive evaluation and analysis of campaign performance for optimization, determining and integrating channels for reaching and engaging users to meet targets.
