Product Operations Manager

UK Remote | upto £115,000 + bonus

We are partnering with an established global technology business to appoint a Product Operations Manager who will bring structure, visibility and operational discipline to its product commercialisation portfolio.

Reporting to the VP of Product and Delivery, you will own the operating cadence that takes new capabilities from early development through commercial design, early adoption, launch and scale.

This isn’t a traditional Product Manager role, and you won’t be responsible for defining an individual product roadmap. Instead, you will create the trusted, portfolio-wide view that enables Product and senior leadership to understand progress, readiness, risks, dependencies and decisions required across multiple concurrent initiatives.

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning and continuously improving the product commercialisation reporting cadence.
  • Creating a single, trusted view of initiatives, launches, milestones, risks and dependencies.
  • Building executive-level dashboards, portfolio reports and stage-gate tracking.
  • Maintaining RAID logs, milestone trackers, decision logs and governance artefacts.
  • Gathering and reconciling information from Product, Sales, Solution Consulting and other teams.
  • Identifying missing ownership, unclear milestones and inconsistent reporting.
  • Proactively following up on actions and driving issues towards resolution.
  • Anticipating the downstream impact of delays, scope changes and unresolved dependencies.
  • Supporting commercialisation, investment and general availability readiness reviews.
  • Ensuring decisions, commitments and actions are documented and followed through.
  • Improving processes while keeping governance proportionate and avoiding unnecessary administration.
  • Running lightweight post-launch reviews and incorporating lessons learned into future activity.

What we’re looking for

  • Significant experience in product operations, commercial or portfolio operations, technology PMO, business analysis or programme coordination.
  • Experience supporting multiple concurrent product, launch or commercialisation initiatives.
  • A proven record of building executive dashboards, portfolio reporting and governance processes.
  • Strong experience managing risks, dependencies, milestones, actions and ownership across complex programmes.
  • The confidence to challenge incomplete or inconsistent information and drive accountability without direct authority.
  • Strong stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, Sales and go-to-market teams.
  • An understanding of SaaS product development and commercialisation, including pilots, enablement, launch readiness and general availability.
  • Exceptional Excel, PowerPoint, dashboarding and written communication skills.
  • The ability to turn fragmented information into clear, accurate and decision-ready reporting.

Experience within SaaS, cybersecurity, fintech or a private equity-backed technology business would be particularly valuable.

You’ll be joining a complex, fast-moving environment where accurate information, proactive follow-through and sound judgement have a direct impact on successful product launches
