We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with a strong Business Analyst background and proven experience within the London Market Reinsurance domain.

This role will lead multiple concurrent workstreams, drive delivery across complex data and reporting initiatives, and act as the key link between business stakeholders and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own, prioritize, and manage the product backlog in line with business objectives.
• Lead and coordinate concurrent workstreams across business and technology teams.
• Identify requirement gaps, inconsistencies, dependencies, and delivery risks across initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, and delivery teams to define and deliver business solutions.
• Drive data and reporting transformation initiatives, including Data Warehouse, ETL, Data Lake, BI, and dashboard migration projects.
• Investigate reporting discrepancies and ensure data quality, accuracy, and governance.
• Provide delivery oversight, stakeholder communication, and governance reporting.

Required Experience

• Proven career progression from Business Analyst to Product Owner.
• Strong Product Ownership, Business Analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience delivering data, analytics, reporting, and BI transformation projects.
• Good understanding of Data Warehouses, ETL processes, Data Lakes, reporting platforms, and dashboard migration initiatives.
• Mandatory experience in the London Market Reinsurance domain, with a strong understanding of reinsurance processes, reporting, and data flows.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
