Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong Project Management capabilities to lead the delivery of digital banking products and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and senior management to define product vision, prioritize requirements, and ensure successful project execution within scope, budget, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders.
• Create and maintain product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Act as the primary liaison between business users and development teams.
• Ensure product features deliver maximum business value and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.

Project Management

• Manage end-to-end project delivery for banking products and initiatives.
• Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Track project progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, QA, Architects, and Operations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business leaders, operations teams, compliance, and technology stakeholders.
• Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Present product updates, project status, and recommendations to senior management.

Banking Domain Responsibilities

Required Skill

• sStrong experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Project Manager
• .Extensive Banking or Financial Services domain experience
• .Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• .Experience managing large-scale digital transformation projects
• .Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• .Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
• .Knowledge of SDLC and software delivery processes
• .Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

sQualification
