Job Title: Advance Product Specialist – Performance Products

Location: Hybrid, UK

Package includes Salary from £27,000 plus matched pension contributions, performance related bonus, and access to flexible benefits that support your development, wellbeing and everyday life.

Contract: Permanent, Full Time, Monday – Friday

Advance is looking for an organised and customer-focused Product Specialist to support our Performance Products business.

This is a varied role where you'll work closely with clients, consultants, suppliers and internal teams, ensuring orders, pricing, product quality and customer communications are managed efficiently.

Acting as a key point of contact, you'll play an important role in maintaining strong client relationships and supporting business growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing relationships with clients and consultants, delivering a high-quality service.
  • Processing sales and purchase orders accurately.
  • Supporting quotations, pricing updates and stock management.
  • Resolving customer and finance queries promptly.
  • Coordinating product quality testing and reporting.
  • Communicating product updates to clients and consultants.
  • Managing key customer accounts and forward ordering requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • Effective customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Solid organisational and administrative abilities.
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders.
  • BSc (Hons) Degree in Agricultural Management.

Desirable Skills / Experience

  • Agricultural industry experience.
  • Knowledge of quality control or RSPO certification.
  • Experience managing pricing or customer finance queries.
