GENERAL SUMMARY

Art Machine is seeking a meticulous and versatile Production Artworker - Adaptive & Localization to join our Production team based in London.


In this role, you will be responsible for adapting, localizing, and producing high-quality creative assets across print, digital, social, out-of-home, and motion formats for some of the world's leading entertainment brands. The ideal candidate combines exceptional attention to detail with strong production expertise and the ability to transform a single creative concept into multiple versions, sizes, formats, and languages while maintaining brand consistency, technical accuracy, and creative integrity.


Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract (12 Months)

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Start Date: ASAP


WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Prepare, adapt, and finalize high-quality creative assets for print, digital out-of-home, web, social media, and other marketing channels.
  • Localize and version creative campaigns across multiple languages, formats, and specifications while maintaining design integrity and brand consistency.
  • Create accurate production templates from technical specifications and client guidelines, ensuring all deliverables meet required standards.
  • Utilize Adobe After Effects to update existing motion graphics templates, create multiple versions, combine assets, and adapt video content for different aspect ratios and platforms.
  • Serve as a brand guardian, ensuring all output adheres to client brand guidelines, typography standards, and technical specifications.
  • Conduct rigorous quality control checks prior to release, including verification of bleed, resolution, color profiles, dyelines, imagery, fonts, and licensing requirements.
  • Maintain highly organized asset libraries, templates, guidelines, and production files to support efficient workflows and version control.
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Account Management, and Creative teams to deliver exceptional work within tight deadlines while maintaining the highest quality standards.


ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience as a Production Artworker, Creative Artworker, or similar production-focused role within an agency, studio, or in-house creative environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe After Effects.
  • Strong understanding of print production processes, digital asset specifications, localization workflows, and file preparation best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience adapting creative campaigns across multiple formats, languages, and aspect ratios.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to delivering pixel-perfect work.
  • Strong organizational and file management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet demanding deadlines without compromising quality.
