Production & Development Assistant

CRAIG GREEN is looking for a highly organised and motivated Production & Development Assistant to join our London studio on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience within the fashion industry, a strong understanding of garment construction and production processes, and the ability to work collaboratively and efficiently within a fast-paced studio environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the development, tracking, and approval process for seasonal raw materials, fabrics, and trims.
• Maintain tech packs, update technical sketches, and ensure clear communication across Design, Atelier, and Production teams.
• Monitor PPS timelines and critical paths to ensure on-time bulk deliveries.
• Liaise daily with global manufacturers and suppliers to track production schedules and proactively resolve issues.
• Measure garments for fittings, compile detailed fit notes, and carry out component checks against BOMs.
• Work alongside the Logistics team to manage seamless shipments between vendors and factory partners.
• Support day-to-day studio operations, logistics, photoshoots, and special projects as required.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic, time management, and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills (factory communication experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; experience with Zedonk is a plus.
• Solid understanding of garment construction, technical terminology, and tech packs.
• A collaborative team player who excels in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
