Right now, we're looking for an exceptional leader to join our Bottling Operations team.

This may be called a Production Team Leader/Manager, but make no mistake, this is a leadership role with real impact. You will lead a operational team within our busy bottling hall, driving performance, developing capability, fostering a positive culture and ensuring we continue to deliver world-class standards of safety, quality and efficiency.

What you'll be doing

• Leading, motivating and developing production teams to achieve outstanding results
• Creating a positive, engaged and inclusive culture where people can thrive
• Driving operational performance across safety, quality, service and productivity measures
• Managing resource planning, attendance and employee development
• Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborating with colleagues across Production, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain
• Ensuring compliance with all health & safety, quality and regulatory standards
• Supporting and leading change initiatives that improve efficiency and performance

Who we're looking for

We are seeking an experienced people leader with a strong track record of managing teams within a fast-paced operational environment.

You will be recognised for your ability to inspire others, hold people accountable, build capability and deliver results through your team.

You'll bring:

✅ Experience leading operational teams within FMCG, manufacturing, food & drink, packaging, logistics or a similar production environment

✅ Strong people management experience, including performance management, coaching and team development

✅ Proven ability to drive engagement, build positive culture and motivate teams through change

✅ Experience implementing process improvements and delivering operational excellence

✅ Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, GMP standards and manufacturing best practices

✅ Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels

✅ Experience working within a unionised environment would be advantageous
