Join Us as a Professional Print Sales Specialist

As our next Professional Print Sales Specialist, you will work alongside the private or public sector account management team leading the sale of Production Print and Industrial Printing Hardware and Software into the Public & Private sectors within a designated geographical area.

This is a technical sales role that requires the individual to not only build a sound technical solution but also sell its commercial benefits including both the tangible and the intangible.

The role is responsible for both collaborative and personal opportunity generation and driving profitable hardware, software, workflow and services growth across the Professional Print portfolio through proactive account development, new logo acquisition and customer retention.

Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, and operational teams, the role will identify, develop and close Professional Print opportunities that align with customer business objectives and Konica Minolta strategic priorities.

The Professional Print Specialist will utilise consultative sales methodologies including IGNITE Discovery to uncover customer challenges, identify opportunities for workflow optimisation, production efficiency and business growth, whilst positioning Konica Minolta as a trusted strategic partner.

The role is quota bearing in both New Business acquisition (20%) and in retention of existing customers (80%) requiring the achievement of sales targets set, with commission-based OTE calculated on achieved performance.
