United Kingdom - Hybrid Onsite 3-Days Weekly

3 Month B2B Contract - Possible extension for a further 2+ years

One of our customers based in West Sussex who is a Wealth Management House is seeking a Programme Director ideally with experience in the industry to lead an enterprise platform modernisation.


Required Experience

· Extensive experience leading large-scale enterprise technology transformation programmes (£20M+ programme scale).

· Proven experience delivering complex platform modernisation or rebuild programmes.

· Strong understanding of software engineering delivery models including agile and scaled agile environments.

· Experience operating within regulated environments, ideally within financial services or wealth management.

· Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and executive governance.


Leadership Capabilities

The Programme Director must demonstrate:

· Enterprise delivery leadership – ability to lead large multi-disciplinary delivery organisations.

· Commercial acumen – strong understanding of programme commercial structures and delivery risk management.

· Executive stakeholder engagement – confidence engaging with senior leadership across both organisations.

· Decision-making and accountability – ability to drive delivery progress in complex and uncertain environments.
