About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to drive engineering transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across software, data, infrastructure, and operations teams. You will work closely with engineering leaders, HR, workforce planning teams, and principal engineers to enhance engineering maturity, capability, standards, and culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineering transformation and continuous improvement programmes.
- Assess engineering maturity, identify capability gaps, and implement improvement roadmaps.
- Drive adoption of engineering standards, best practices, and modern ways of working.
- Partner with Engineering Leadership and HR/L&D to develop skills frameworks, training programmes, and career pathways.
- Support workforce planning and initiatives to improve engineering talent acquisition.
- Coordinate Communities of Practice (CoPs) and promote knowledge sharing across engineering teams.
- Manage cross-functional programmes, stakeholders, risks, dependencies, scope, and change.
- Analyse engineering performance data and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering engineering transformation, organisational change, or continuous improvement programmes.
- Strong understanding of engineering environments, technology delivery, and engineering best practices.
- Experience managing initiatives across multiple technology domains and business functions.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
