We are currently looking for a Programme & Performance Manager who will Support the Projects and Lifecycle Department with programming and scheduling of work packages across various workstreams.

We are currently looking for a Programme & Performance Manager who will Support the Projects and Lifecycle Department with programming and scheduling of work packages across various workstreams.
As The Programme & Performance Manager, You Will
- Assist the Senior Management Team in all aspects of delivery performance.
- Support the Projects Team to deliver a customer focussed service through robust processes and procedures with MI to inform improvement initiatives.
- Develop, track, and monitor Lifecycle and Variation Programmes.
- Implement and embed approved business improvement initiatives to support the operational unit to outperform its annual targets.
- Agree and monitor key commercial targets, escalating any areas that need immediate or specific focus to the Senior Management Team.
- Drive and embed contract improvement plans.
- Evidence of having worked in a planning/scheduling/ performance environment. Additionally, have Project Management experience.
- Demonstrable high standards of safety and customer behaviour, leading by example, promoting safety and customer culture.
- Working knowledge of relevant legislation, codes of practice, safety and statutory regulations.
- Qualified to HNC level as a minimum in an appropriate discipline is desirable.
- Must achieve DBS enhanced.
