Project Engineer | 10731 | Permanent Contract | 37 hours per week | £43,822 to £48,227 per annum (Scale K) | County Hall, Norwich
We are looking for a Project Engineer to work in our Infrastructure Delivery Team based at County Hall in Norwich. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of highway design and construction, public consultation, planning and statutory consents for projects tending to be large in terms of their scope and value. These projects include the King’s Lynn Sustainable Transport and Regeneration Scheme (STARS) and the Norwich Western Link (NWL).
The main Project Engineer role is to supervise other members of the team and ensure that projects comply with standards and good practice. They will carry out all activities that ensure the team is able to deliver projects on time and on budget. The Project Engineer will assist in completing all necessary financial monitoring, technical checking and management of Health and Safety.
