Business Change Manager (Readiness) - Banking Transformation
6–12 Month Contract | Excellent Day Rate
We are seeking an experienced Business Change Manager (Readiness) to support major transformation initiatives within a banking environment. You will drive business readiness, stakeholder engagement, and successful adoption of change, ensuring smooth transition from project delivery into operational implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business readiness activities across people, process, and technology
- Develop readiness plans, change impact assessments, and implementation checklists
- Define readiness metrics, track adoption, and manage risks
- Engage senior stakeholders and facilitate workshops and readiness reviews
- Work closely with Programme Managers, Project Managers, and Business Analysts
- Translate project outputs into actionable business readiness plans
- Ensure operational teams are prepared for go-live and new ways of working
- Support training, communications, and adoption activities
- Provide readiness reporting, governance updates, and go-live assessments
Required Experience:
- Strong Business Change, Readiness, or Implementation experience within Banking or Financial Services
- Proven stakeholder management and change adoption expertise
- Experience supporting lending operations, including Mortgage Sales & Originations
- Strong collaboration skills with Project Managers and Business Analysts
- Structured, delivery-focused approach to change and transformation
