Project Manager

Role: Senior Project Manager – Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)

Location: London, UK (Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite)

Contract: 6.5 Months Contract

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong Adobe ecosystem expertise to lead large-scale digital marketing and customer experience transformation projects. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end delivery of Adobe implementations, working closely with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on enterprise-scale Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and related Adobe Marketing Cloud implementations for global customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through closure.
• Gather, analyze, and validate business and technical requirements.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource plans.
• Manage project governance, reporting, forecasting, invoicing, and commercial aspects.
• Drive successful delivery of Adobe Marketing and Commerce solutions.
• Coordinate internal teams, clients, and implementation partners.
• Manage stakeholder communications, including executive-level presentations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Support customers throughout their digital transformation journey.
• Promote Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with global teams across multiple geographies and time zones.

Required Skills & Experienc

• eMinimum 6+ years of Project Management experience
• .Proven experience delivering Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation, Campaign Management, or Content Management projects
