About the role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee the delivery of physical security installation projects across the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initial client engagement and site surveys through to quotation, installation, commissioning, and handover.
This is a client-facing role requiring strong project management, account management, and technical understanding of enterprise security systems. The ideal candidate will have experience within the electronic security industry and possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
What you will do
Manage multiple physical security installation projects simultaneously across the UKConduct client meetings and detailed site surveys to identify project requirementsPrepare and submit accurate quotations, proposals, and scope of worksCoordinate engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful project deliveryEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed specificationsMaintain strong relationships with existing clients and support ongoing account management activitiesProvide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycleAttend project progress meetings and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholdersEnsure compliance with health & safety regulations and company proceduresSupport system commissioning, testing, and final project handoversIdentify opportunities for additional works and business development within existing accounts

Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience managing physical security or electronic security installation projectsStrong understanding of security systems including access control, CCTV, and integrated security platformsExperience carrying out site surveys and producing detailed quotationsExcellent client-facing and account management skillsAbility to read technical drawings and interpret project specificationsStrong commercial awareness and budget management experienceExcellent organisational and communication skillsFull UK driving licenceWillingness to travel nationwide as required
Desirable Experience
Knowledge And Experience With Enterprise Security Platforms Such As
Lenel OnGuardGenetec Security CenterSoftware House C
Project management qualification preferred (PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent)Relevant security industry certifications advantageousECS/CSCS card preferred
