A globally recognised design studio known for delivering large-scale, experience-led mixed-use and retail destinations is seeking an Interiors Project Manager to join its London team on an initial contract basis. You will be working on a complex international project that combines retail, hospitality, public realm and urban design, acting as flagship development shaping a city in the Middle East. This role would suit a Project Manager with experience either in Interior Designer or Architecture. Flexible working, inside IR35


Job Description


You will take responsibility for the coordination and day-to-day management of complex packages, acting as a key link between design teams, clients and consultants.

You will be:


  • Leading project coordination across a mixed-use, retail-led and large-scale urban schemes
  • Managing project programmes, deliverables and team outputs to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Acting as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, maintaining clear and consistent communication.
  • Overseeing multidisciplinary coordination across architecture, interiors, landscape and external consultants.
  • Supporting design teams in translating concepts into deliverable, buildable project information.
  • Managing project risks, resources and reporting, ensuring alignment with commercial and programme objectives.
  • Contributing to project strategy, helping balance design intent, commercial drivers and user experience.


Key Skills


  • Qualified Architect / Interior Designer or experienced Architectural Project Manager.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex projects, ideally within mixed-use, retail, hospitality or urban environments.
  • Strong background in project coordination and team leadership across multiple disciplines.
  • Experience managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement.
  • Solid understanding of project delivery stages and construction processes.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams.
  • Confident communicator, able to navigate both design-led and commercially driven conversations.
  • Experience working within international or large studio environments advantageous.
  • Available within 2 weeks or less
