We’re looking for an experienced Project Quality & Environmental Deliverables Coordinator to join a leading organisation delivering key infrastructure projects on a 6 month fixed term contract. Based on-site full-time, this role is ideal for someone with a strong background in managing project quality documentation within engineering or manufacturing environments. You’ll play a critical part in ensuring all deliverables meet client and project standards while supporting environmental compliance

  • tiesOwn and manage the HS2 project quality deliverables plan/register, ensuring all quality documentation is produced and submitted accurately and on sched
  • ule.Attend and contribute to internal and client meetings, including progress and readiness revi
  • ews.Develop and maintain Manufacturing Inspection & Test Plans (MITPs/ITPs) aligned with specifications and project requireme
  • nts.Coordinate quality documentation and material acceptance records, ensuring traceability and complia
  • nce.Prepare and deliver final handover documentation packs, including O&M manuals, to client-approved form
  • ats.Manage document control activities for HS2 deliverables, maintaining version control and traceabil
  • ity.Support defect resolution by coordinating updated documentation for NCRs and punch li
  • sts.Collect and report environmental data, ensuring integration into project documentation in line with HS2 requireme
