As the Property Technical Analyst you will be responsible for producing high quality CAD plans for use in CHP leases and for producing site occupancy plans for CHP’s internal and external stakeholders. They are the subject matter expert for all plans matters within CHP.
You're also responsible for maintaining an accurate library of CAD drawings for CHP’s portfolio. Plans are drawn from existing drawings and are required to be Land Registry complaint when used in leases.
Contractual location for this role is national, applicants are welcome from all over England.
