Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP)

London, England, United Kingdom Full-time Posted 1 week ago
We are looking for a passionate PWP to join our well-established Talking Therapy service in Haringey. If you’re committed to providing evidence-based treatment in a way that is flexible and personalised to the individual, we want to hear from you. We can help you develop personally and professionally, through regular high-quality individual supervision, and a range of team activities and ongoing CPD opportunities.

Our service has well established pathways for people with Long Term conditions (LTC) and we offer specialist LTC training to PWPs when available. With this support, some of our PWPs have been able to process into band 6 senior and lead PWP roles within the service. There are opportunities to contribute towards shaping and developing our service by taking the lead in a specific area of interest.

We are committed to developing our staff through supervision, training and research opportunities, service development projects and reflective spaces. We proactively support staff through wellbeing focused line management, supervision and a range of wellbeing initiatives.

We particularly welcome staff members who can speak and work in languages that reflect the diverse communities in our borough.

The post is a mixture of remote and office-based work from our Haringey locations and home. The post holder is required to work one late shift (12:00 to 20:00) per week.

If you are a qualified PWP or about to qualify in a few months’ time, we’d love to hear from you!
