The Role

Working closely with our Quality Coordinator, you’ll support the delivery of high‑quality apprenticeship programmes by strengthening our quality assurance processes, improving learner experience, and ensuring we remain Ofsted‑ready at all times.

This is an ideal role for someone with a teaching or training background who wants to develop their career in quality and compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting quality assurance across teaching, learning, and assessment

• Conducting audits and sampling learner work to identify strengths and improvement areas

• Gathering and analysing feedback from apprentices, employers, and delivery teams

• Contributing to quality improvement plans and Ofsted preparation

• Supporting CPD activity and promoting best practice across the organisation

• Assisting with course reviews, evaluations, and performance insights

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in education, training, or apprenticeships (teaching/training background essential)

• Strong organisational and analytical skills

• A detail‑driven mindset with a passion for quality and improvement

• Confidence working with stakeholders and interpreting data insights

• Adaptability, resilience, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving
