About The Role
Quality Lead (Location Based)
Reports to: Registered Manager, Head of IQC
Location: Location based – Dover, Folkestone, Ashford, Herne Bay, Ramsgate, Medway (and future locations in line with Company Growth).
This role is intended to fit within existing staffing and planning rotas and some elements will attract and enhanced rate.
About The Role
LDC Care Company provides care to adults and young people with highly complex learning disabilities and mental health diagnoses, specialising in supporting individuals who may exhibit severely challenging behaviours.

A new position, the Quality Lead will be responsible for driving high standards of care and practice within their allocated location. This role provides hands‑on support to teams, models best practice, strengthens compliance, and ensures that support delivered aligns with organisational expectations and regulatory requirements and will work closely with staff to improve documentation, monitoring, and person‑centred practice.
You’ll be expected to act as a role model and coach where staff on best practice and support plan alignment where appropriate and ensure your colleagues are up to date with NEWS2 and Carevision.

You will already have a solid, demonstrable background in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or behaviours of concern and experience in understand and embody the LDC Values with an attention to detail and ability to analyse information, identify gaps and drive improvements.
A valid UK driving licence is preferred and flexibility to travel is essential.
