Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Real Estate Agent at Yopa Property. In this role, you will manage your own portfolio of postcodes, conducting property valuations, advising sellers on pricing and marketing strategies, and listing homes on relevant platforms. You will arrange and host viewings, handle buyer inquiries, and negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients. You will guide customers through the full sales process, from instruction to completion, coordinating with internal teams and external partners such as conveyancers and mortgage advisors. You will also be responsible for prospecting new business opportunities, maintaining accurate records in Yopa’s systems, and delivering a consistently high standard of customer service in line with the company’s values.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should hold a valid Real Estate License (or equivalent UK property qualification) and have a solid understanding of Real Property principles.
  • Candidates should possess strong Real Estate knowledge, including local market awareness, property valuation, and sales progression.
  • Candidates should demonstrate proven Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation.
  • Candidates should have excellent Customer Service abilities, with a focus on clear communication, empathy, and managing expectations.
  • Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience as an estate agent, familiarity with CRM or property management software, a valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
