Real Estate Private Equity (REPE) - Analyst & Associate

We're hiring on behalf of a top-tier global institutional investor - one of the earliest movers among institutional investors into real estate, with a portfolio spanning traditional private real estate, public equities, REITs and real estate-related debt instruments.

You'll invest with scale across sectors, regions and the capital stack, generating alpha through in-house investment and asset management capabilities.

They're looking for an Analyst/Associate to join their Real Estate team.

What you'll do:

• Contribute to the development of investment strategies for European real estate markets
• Source investment opportunities consistent with those strategies
• Independently design and maintain underwriting models, ensuring output accuracy
• Coordinate the production of internal investment memoranda
• Coordinate transaction execution workstreams
• Support asset management activities relating to existing investments
• Represent the firm at industry events

What we're looking for:

• Relevant real estate (or broader M&A) transactional experience
• Ability to communicate complex, abstract or difficult ideas simply and clearly
• Understanding of financial structures - debt and equity, listed and private, JVs, direct and indirect instruments
• Strong financial modelling skills
• Strong academic background, or equivalent practical experience
