What You'll Do

• Set up and calculate SS&C administered fund rebate payments and related accruals.
• Arrange, review and sign off internal and third party administrator (TPA) rebate payments, renewal commissions and accruals.
• Prepare and verify legal rebate agreements between clients.
• Respond to ad hoc client enquiries.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, administrators and stakeholders across Columbia Threadneedle.
• Allocate client business to ensure holdings are correct within the Data Cube.
• Maintain and update the Data Cube for rebate reporting and management information (MI).
• Provide support to the internal CASS oversight team as part of the wider group.

What You Bring

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work accurately to tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Experience of CASS and management information (MI) desirable.
• Familiarity with third party administrators and rebate processes desirable.
