We're looking for a passionate and motivated Recovery Coordinator to join our team at HMP Portland. If you're driven by helping people overcome barriers, build resilience, and achieve lasting recovery, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

Hours 37.5 per week

Contract Permanent

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

What You'll Do

As a Recovery Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals throughout their recovery journey by

  • Building positive, trusting relationships with service users
  • Completing assessments, recovery plans, and referrals
  • Delivering engaging group sessions and workshops
  • Supporting people to reduce drug and alcohol-related harm
  • Promoting recovery, independence, and social reintegration
  • Working collaboratively with healthcare and partner agencies
  • Empowering individuals to make positive, lasting changes in their lives

What We're Looking For

You'll be someone who

  • Is passionate about recovery and supporting vulnerable people
  • Has experience working in substance misuse, criminal justice, mental health, or a related field
  • Is a strong communicator with excellent organisational skills
  • Thrives in a collaborative, person-centred environment
  • Is committed to continuous learning and professional development
