What You’ll Do
- Be an organizational subject matter expert, working effectively with internal and external clients and candidates.
- Manage the full interview scheduling process, directly coordinating with candidates and hiring managers, including arranging travel for visiting candidates when necessary.
- Maintain and update candidate records and job postings within recruiting systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and confirming new hires.
- Provide timely and professional follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status via phone and email.
- Track all recruiting activities and provide comprehensive candidate status updates in weekly reports.
- Coordinate and facilitate post-interview debrief meetings, preparing and distributing all necessary debrief materials.
- Proactively identify and implement opportunities to enhance the candidate experience and optimize scheduling efficiency.
- Assist with the coordination of various other recruiting activities as needed, contributing to the overall success of the talent acquisition team.
- Engage in ongoing interaction with Recruiting Partners and internal interviewing stakeholder teams to ensure smooth processes.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a recruiting coordinator or coordination role.
- Demonstrable experience with Microsoft 365.
- Metrics/KPI-driven experience, with a focus on achieving measurable results.
- Strong background in coordination, diary management, or HR Administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally.
- Superb customer focus, with a keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment, adapting to new challenges with agility.
