About The Opportunity

What You’ll Do

  • Act as an organizational subject matter expert, effectively collaborating with internal teams, external clients, and candidates.
  • Manage the complete interview scheduling process, directly coordinating with candidates and hiring managers, including arranging travel for visiting candidates when necessary.
  • Maintain and update candidate records and job postings within recruiting systems, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and confirming new hires.
  • Provide timely and professional follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status via phone and email.
  • Track all recruiting activities and provide comprehensive candidate status updates in weekly reports.
  • Coordinate and facilitate post-interview debrief meetings, preparing and distributing all necessary debrief materials.
  • Proactively identify and implement opportunities to enhance the candidate experience and optimize scheduling efficiency.
  • Assist with the coordination of various other recruiting activities as needed, contributing to the overall success of the talent acquisition team.
  • Engage in ongoing interaction with Recruiting Partners and internal interviewing stakeholder teams to ensure smooth processes.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in a recruiting coordinator or similar coordination role.
  • Demonstrable experience with Microsoft 365.
  • Metrics/KPI-driven experience, with a focus on achieving measurable results.
  • Strong background in coordination, diary management, or HR Administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally.
