We're looking for a Principal Recruitment Consultant who wants more than just another desk. Someone who wants to become a recognised market expert, build meaningful client partnerships and play a key role in the growth of a business that's investing heavily in the future.

From Aerospace & Defence, Advanced Engineering and Critical infrastructure and specialist disciplines, we're building teams that are genuine market leaders.

Who We're Looking For;

You'll have a proven track record in 360 agency recruitment, with experience building and growing a successful permanent, contract and/or temporary desk. We're open to sector backgrounds, what matters most is your ability to win new business, develop lasting client relationships and deliver results.

You'll be someone who:

• Has a strong track record of generating new business and growing revenue
• Enjoys building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Is motivated by becoming a genuine market expert rather than simply filling roles
• Wants the freedom and autonomy to develop and shape their own market
• Sees leadership as a natural next step in their career and is keen to progress into a future management role
• Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment where they can make a real impact
