We're looking for a high-performing HR recruiter who thrives on winning new business, building lasting client relationships, and delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes. This is a true 360 role, with an equal focus on business development and recruitment delivery, plus the opportunity to take on people management responsibilities and help develop the team as we grow.
What you'll do
- Win and grow client accounts across creative, media and tech sectors
- Build trusted partnerships and deliver consultative recruitment solutions
- Source, engage and place top HR talent
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn and social media to drive results
- Represent Handle at industry events and expand our market presence
- Support, mentor and potentially manage consultants, helping to drive team performance and growth
- Exceed targets while delivering an outstanding client and candidate experience
What we're looking for
- Proven HR recruitment experience
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset and consultative approach
- A collaborative leadership style, with an interest in mentoring or managing others
- Passion for creative industries and people solutions
