Senior Recruitment Consultant - Contract/Freelance Team

London – 3 days a week

£35,000 - £40,000 basic salary plus commission

This is a 360 recruitment agency role with business development not an internal role

We are expanding across a two of our teams and looking to speak with experienced "360" agency recruiters who are open to a well-rounded recruitment role in the creative industries, joining a company with a strong brand reputation, fantastic people, innovative benefits and an agile approach to work and flexibility.

Senior Recruitment Consultant - The Role

• Identifying business opportunities within target clients / sectors
• Carrying out business development activities to drive new business sales
• Offering recruitment and talent solutions to clients and candidates
• Sourcing high level candidates within your specialism
• Engaging with active and passive candidates
• Creating a strong personal brand and knowledge within your sector

Must Have Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a 360 recruitment consultant role
• Experience working in temp, contract or freelance recruitment
• Experience winning new clients and excelling at business development
• Great sourcing and matching skills
• Ideally have worked in the marketing or creative industries although we are open to other markets
