Optimus Search is looking for a Dutch-speaking Recruitment Consultant with 6–12 months of recruitment experience to join our established Benelux division

.

This is a fantastic opportunity to inherit a warm desk with existing clients, active vacancies, and a strong network across the Dutch technology market. While you'll benefit from an established platform and existing relationships, we're looking for someone who is prepared to get their hands dirty, develop new business opportunities, and maximise the potential of the market.

Your Responsibilities

✅ Managing the full 360° recruitment process

✅ Working with existing clients and live vacancies

✅ Identifying and developing new business opportunities

✅ Building and maintaining strong candidate networks

✅ Managing interview processes and offer negotiations

✅ Becoming a market specialist within your chosen technology sector

What We're Looking For

✔ Fluent Dutch and English

✔ 6–12 months of recruitment experience

✔ A proactive and commercial mindset

✔ Comfortable speaking with candidates and clients over the phone

✔ Ambitious, driven, and motivated by success
