Regional Property Manager

With a commitment to professionalism, collaboration, and customer excellence, we are looking for an experienced Regional Property Manager to join our in-house Property Team as part of the Society’s wider Leadership Team.
As Regional Property Manager, you will take ownership of the successful management and performance of a varied property portfolio across your assigned region. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment where your expertise will directly contribute to the continued success of our property operations.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with internal teams including Legal, Property Management, and Finance on matters such as lease renewals, lease expiries, rent reviews, property surveys, and dilapidations.
- Developing and maintaining asset management plans for each site within the portfolio.
- Ensuring the portfolio is managed in a consistent, compliant, and commercially effective manner, with a strong understanding of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, regulatory compliance, and Service Charge Code.
- Using the property management system effectively to provide meaningful reporting and insights to internal stakeholders, including rental income performance and lease lifecycle activity.
- Supporting the ongoing optimisation and strategic management of the Society’s property assets.
We are looking for an experienced RICS-qualified Chartered Surveyor who brings strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to property management.
You will ideally have:
- A sound understanding of Landlord and Tenant Law.
- Strong commercial property management experience.
- Good working knowledge of Health & Safety requirements relating to property.
- An understanding of rating law.
- Experience establishing and administering commercial property service charges.
- Residential property management experience (desirable).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- An appreciation of the values, purpose, and community focus of Lincolnshire Co-op.
- A full UK driving licence.
