Our Regional Sales Development Managers are responsible for managing & coaching a Sales Development team, driving qualified new business meetings for our Business Development team across Scotland and Northern Ireland. They manage, coach & develop the performance of their team.

As a Sales Development Manager, You Will
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives to achieve and exceed targets.
- Drive the generation of high-quality new business opportunities for the Business Development team.
- Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective coaching plans.
- Analyse sales data and performance metrics to optimise activity and results.

- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and contribute to wider business objectives.
