Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Reporting to: Regional Director

Location: Hybrid - Must be able to work 2 days per week in our Ashford, Kent office

Salary: £50,000 + up to £20,000 bonus + Car Allowance £6,000 pa

Contract type: Full time / Permanent

Working Pattern: Core working hours are 9:00am – 5:30pm

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be the engine of growth for your territory—leading with energy, insight, and commercial confidence.


You’ll identify opportunities, open doors, and convert prospects into long-term partners who value the Newcross difference.


What will you do?


Whilst a full job description can be supplied here are a few of the key responsibilities for the role:


  • Build and execute a bold, strategic growth plan across your territory, focusing on both new business and account expansion
  • Hunt for opportunity—generating leads through cold calling, networking, prospecting, and proactive client engagement
  • Be the face of Newcross for new clients, delivering a consultative, high-quality experience from first contact onwards
  • Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients, confidently negotiating, influencing, and closing deals
  • Use CRM systems and market insight to spot trends, track performance, and maximise every opportunity
  • Represent Newcross as a passionate brand ambassador, championing our values and commitment to outstanding care
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and seamless service delivery for new clients
  • Take ownership in a role that evolves—where additional responsibilities may grow with your success


What we’ll be looking for:

  • Proven success in a territory-based sales or business development role
  • Strong track record in new business generation, pipeline management, and closing deals
  • Confident communicator with a natural consultative and persuasive style
  • Highly resilient, self-motivated, and results-driven in competitive environments
  • Skilled in using CRM systems and sales data to guide decisions and improve performance
  • A collaborative team player who can influence across departments
  • Comfortable working remotely, with flexibility to travel across your region
  • Experience in healthcare, staffing, or regulated industries is a strong advantage
