Job summary The Resourcing Compliance Officers will play a key role within the Resourcing Team, ensuring that University Hospitals of Northamptonshire meets all statutory and regulatory requirements in relation to NHS Employment Check Standards and immigration and visa sponsorship for staff. This role supports safe and compliant employment practices for all staff and upholds UHN's responsibilities as a Home Office Sponsor Licence holder and in relation to pre-employment checks. Main duties of the job We are seeking 2 highly organised and knowledgeable Resourcing Compliance Officers to lead and oversee all aspects of Recruitment including agenda for change and medical & dental recruitment, NHS Employers Standards Checks, UK visa sponsorship, right to work compliance, and resident doctor rotations across the Trust. There are 2 post available one 37.5 hours and one 35 hours This is a pivotal role ensuring UHN meets its statutory obligations under NHS Employment Check Standards, Employment legislation and UK Visas and Immigration legislation, , while providing guidance and support to candidates, employees, managers, and People teams. You will act as the Trust's subject matter expert for NHS Employers Standards and visa sponsorship and immigration compliance whilst driving continuous improvement in resourcing and compliance processes.
