What You’ll Do
- As a Restaurant Manager, you will lead, inspire, and develop your team to deliver exceptional service
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, from kitchen to front of house
- Drive sales and profitability while maintaining high standards
- Be the face of the restaurant – engaging with customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Manage stock, budgets, and operational targets efficiently
- Uphold health & safety, hygiene, and food quality standards
- Foster a positive team culture and support staff development
- You will have previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar Hospitality business
- Are passionate about food, people, and creating amazing dining experiences
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Are a strong communicator with excellent leadership skills
- Understands financials, stock control, and operational efficiency
- Can lead by example and knows how to motivate a team
- Have a hands-on approach and a ‘can-do’ attitude
