Job Description
We are seeking a high-performing strategic leader to join our VS&A (Video Security & Access Control) enterprise sales team. In this role, you will work in a people-first culture and find a platform to pursue our passion and potential as we expand our footprint across the European theater. You will be responsible for driving corporate-level adoption of our video security and access control ecosystem within the largest hypermarket, supermarket, and discount retail networks.
This high-visibility position allows you to innovate what's next by standardising advanced security architectures across massive multi-site store networks and logistics hubs. As a collaborative partner to both internal regional sales resources and third-party technology providers, you will champion the vertical's strategic direction and establish commercial frameworks that deliver on the promise of a safer world.

Some Responsibilities Include
Strategic Account Management & Retail Penetration
- Establish strategic business initiatives with a defined account list of tier-1 global grocery and discount retail accounts to drive market penetration
- Lead complex commercial procurement cycles and establish corporate framework agreements across multinational footprints
- Standardize the adoption of the full VS&A portfolio across multi-site store networks and critical logistics hubs.
- Partner with third-party mass-retail technology providers, including POS infrastructure and AI checkout analytics, to deliver unified software integrations
- Collaborate closely with regional sales resources and channel partners to manage seamless multi-region deployments
- Guide strategic partners to expand market reach and help to shape overarching commercial frameworks for the European mass-retail sector
- Oversee large-scale pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and end-to-end roll-out tracking using Salesforce.com
- Guide and mentor team peers on navigating complex procurement structures and optimizing multi-national forecasting models
- Analyze high-volume retail trends to identify product gaps and synthesize feedback for Product Management regarding cloud scalability and data privacy compliance
- Bachelor's Degree
- Demonstrated experience in enterprise sales, business development, or vertical channel management within the European retail sector
- Legal authorization to work in the U.K. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
Technical Expertise
- Video Security Infrastructure to articulate the value of AI-powered video analytics and scalable enterprise surveillance architectures
- Access Control Solutions to integrate physical asset security software across complex commercial retail frameworks
- Ecosystem Software Integration to align third-party POS platforms and data infrastructure with centralized command capabilities.
- Multinational Procurement Cycles to navigate corporate agreements and compliance mapping for tier-1 retail conglomerates
- Cross-Functional Collaboration to mobilize regional engineers, channel partners, and enterprise stakeholders across multiple territories
- Data Privacy Compliance to analyze product requirements against regional European cloud and data security mandates
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Established executive relationships with major European retail conglomerates such as Carrefour, Ahold Delhaize, or Schwarz Gruppe
- Strong track record of executing strategic accounts or channel partner frameworks across Western Europe
- Excellent command of multiple European languages to support multi-region territory management
