A well-established brand with a strong and loyal customer base is seeking an experienced Retention Specialist.


You'll be embedded within a close-knit marketing team, taking a lead role across retention and lifecycle activity at a pivotal moment of growth. This isn't a strategic-only position - the client needs someone who can roll their sleeves up, get into the platform and drive results from day one.


Key Responsibilities

  • Owning CRM and lifecycle marketing execution across email, push and SMS channels
  • Building and refining customer journeys - from first purchase through to reactivation
  • Feeding into the broader retention strategy with a focus on frequency, repeat rate and LTV
  • Spotting and acting on opportunities to boost engagement and conversion
  • Playing a key role in campaign planning and delivery across trading peaks
  • Contributing to loyalty initiatives designed to increase long-term customer value


Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in retention, CRM or lifecycle marketing
  • Someone equally comfortable setting strategy and executing it
  • Confident working with data to draw out insights and inform decisions
  • A team player who can integrate quickly and add value from the start


Project Scope & Duration

Initial 3-month contract with an ASAP start.


Salary

£60,000 - £70,000 pro rata


Location & Workplace Policy

Hybrid working model.
