The Safeguarding Team at Bedford Borough Council take referrals from individuals families and professionals about people who may be experiencing abuse and neglect.
As the first point of contact for enquires the administrators have a crucial role in taking information dealing with enquires recording referrals on a case management data base.
The successful candidate will have;

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. If your application is successful you will be required to declare any spent and unspent convictions, adult cautions (simple or conditional) that are not "protected" as defined by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (as amended in 2013 and 2020).

- Extensive administration experience
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Experience as working as part of team
- Ideally some knowledge of adult social care or knowledge of the care sector
