Job summary:

We’re now looking to recruit an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our Wholesale team. The role offers the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced sales environment with opportunities for growth. The candidate should be highly motivated and possess genuine sales acumen including a natural hunger for profit, growth and business development. The candidate must be professional, articulate and hardworking, with excellent customer relations and an eye for detail. You’ll be responsible for the management and development of an existing customer base and work towards the achievement of monthly sales targets and objectives. You’ll be required to provide your customers with exceptional levels of service, and this means developing strong relationships and having a good understanding of the nature of their business and supplies requirements.


Essential skills:

  • Strong sales skills with proven performance record
  • Self-motivation, drive and hunger to achieve targets
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to deliver a face-to-face sales presentation
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Good understanding of customers and competitors
  • Excellent customer relations
  • Team player with warm and friendly personality


Desirable skills:

  • Experience in the printer/office supplies market
  • Knowledge of printer brands and products
  • Understanding of the competitive landscape
  • Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office
  • An understanding of storage media, data storage technologies, and the wider IT hardware market would be beneficial


Benefits:

  • £26,500 - £30,000 OTE (depending on experience)
  • 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
