We currently have a position available for a Sales Assistant working alongside the business development and the construction team. The position is a remote.


Sales / Administration Assistant duties and responsibilities generally include phone calls and emails. Provide a first-class customer service selling and promoting Dobuild’s services.


The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have the ability to take initiative and prioritise daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success within this role.


Duration: FULL TIME

Salary: £26,000


Duties will include:

• Acting as the first point of contact, dealing mainly with phone calls and emails.

• Supporting the sales team and managing database

• Provide a first-class customer service selling and promoting Dobuild’s services.

• Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients

• Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative

• Handling and coordinating administrative tasks

• Schedule and confirm meetings

• Ensure file organisation based on office protocol

• Answer telephone calls and e-mails

• Excellent telephone manner

• Supporting the on-site teams with placing materials orders and ensuring their timely delivery to the site.

• Work closely with the director


Qualifications required:

• Reliability and discretion: you will often learn of confidential matters

• Detail orientated with the ability to work alone when needed

• Administrative experience preferred and budgeting skills

• Problem-solving and initiative

• Attention to detail

• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office

• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills

• Ability to multitask

• Flexibility to work outside of the usual office hours If/when needed
