What You’ll Be Doing
This is an exciting, fast‑paced outbound B2B sales role where you’ll play a key part in growing our customer base for Payment Services. You’ll be the first point of contact for business-identifying opportunities, creating interest, and booking high‑quality appointments for our field sales team.
- Make outbound calls to new and existing business customers to uncover needs and generate sales opportunities.
- Qualify prospects and book face‑to‑face appointments for our field representatives.
- Provide clear, accurate information on products, pricing, and promotions to secure high‑quality appointments.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with our field sales team to drive results.
- Ensure all activity meets GDPR, FCA, and internal quality standards.
- Keep systems updated and complete reports accurately and on time.
- Build excellent relationships across Clear Business and contribute to continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring

You’ll succeed here if you have:
- Previous experience in a customer‑facing or Telesales environment (B2B experience is a bonus but not essential).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt your style to different customers.
- A proactive, resilient, and positive attitude.
- Great organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A desire to learn, grow and develop your sales career.
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
